Terms and Conditions 

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & TERMS OF PURCHASE

By purchasing access to Crack the Code to High-Paying Mid-Term Rental Deals: Inside the ACTIVATE Framework (the “Live Training”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Access

  • The Live Training ticket price is $29 USD if purchased on or before October 17, 2025.

  • Starting October 18, 2025, the ticket price increases to $49 USD.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Upon registration, you will receive access to the live training on October 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM PT and a replay available until Sunday, October 26, 2025.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital and event-based content, no refunds will be issued for any reason — including no-shows or scheduling conflicts.

  • If you are unable to attend live, you will still have access to the replay until October 26, 2025.

3. Replay & Usage

  • Replay access is provided exclusively to registered participants.

  • Access will expire at 11:59 PM PT on October 26, 2025.

  • The replay may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content shared during the Live Training — including slides, recordings, and strategies — is the intellectual property of Jesse Vasquez and AirVenture Academy.

  • You may use this material for personal and educational purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

5. Live Training Format

  • The Live Training will be delivered live online via Zoom (or a similar platform).

  • Access details will be emailed to you upon registration and again 24 hours before the event.

6. Technology Disclaimer

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom or the designated platform.

  • We are not liable for technical issues on the participant’s end that may affect your experience.

7. Business Opportunity & Income Disclaimer

7.1 No Business Opportunity

  • This Live Training is for educational purposes only and is not classified as a business opportunity under FTC guidelines.

7.2 Income Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee any income, business success, or specific results from your participation.

  • Outcomes will vary based on your personal effort, background, and market conditions.

  • You assume full responsibility for all decisions and actions taken as a result of the Live Training.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees

  • This Live Training provides educational content only. No guarantees are made regarding results, income, or business growth.

8.2 Participant Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for how you implement the material. We are not liable for your results or outcomes.

8.3 Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jesse Vasquez, AirVenture Academy, and any affiliates or team members from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the Live Training.

9. Changes & Cancellations

9.1 Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or adjust the Live Training content, date, time, or delivery format if needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

9.2 Cancellation

  • As this is a digital product with instant access, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the purchase is complete.
